Barend J. du Randt (Bennie)

Mr. du Randt brings accomplishments from West Rand Plant Hire (Pty) Ltd, where he is the Financial Director. He brings with him the expertise in business management as well as specifically the know-how of 22 years in dealing with the products of the business. Mr. du Randt is in charge of 250 employees as well as about 273 pieces of plant - totaling a market value of approximately R120million. With a history of study in the field of auctioneering, he will be fulfilling a life-long dream of masterminding a giant in the sales arena. Mr. du Randt will be managing the day-today running of DURA.

Willem A.C. du Randt (Willie) – Member

Mr. du Randt brings accomplishments from West Rand Plant Hire (Pty) Ltd, where he is the Technical Director. Being the eldest of the three members (brothers), he has the most experience in the field amounting to 32 years. After qualifying as top apprentice of Mercedes Benz as diesel-engine expert, he joined his father as director of West Rand Plant Hire (Pty) Ltd. He was instrumental in the company's move into the mining industry at the ERGO division of AngloGold Ashanti. Mr. du Randt will be heading the technical department of DURA.

Gert N.C. du Randt (Gerrie) – Member

Mr. du Randt brings accomplishments from West Rand Plant Hire (Pty) Ltd, where he is the Director of the North West division. Under his control the division has seen its share of total income in the company increase from ±35% to ±50%. His experience in the field amounts to 26 years.
